Built in 1855, this Irish museum pays tribute to the glory of butter. It sits on the site of the medieval Shandon Castle and narrates everything you need to know about butter ranging from its history, making, to flavours and so on. It’s open all 7 days from March to October, 10 am to 5 pm. From November to February it is open only on the weekends, from 11 am to 3pm.
